I am so excited to give my husband the leather field notes cover for Christmas this year. He is a big baseball fan and has very fond memories of walking to Yankee Stadium as a young boy, buying a ticket and soda by himself and watching the game.. The look and smell of the leather will always remind him of the carefree days of his youth. The field notes cover will be perfect size for him to carry to work. The quality is amazing and I know he will get so much enjoyment out of it. I will definitely recommend to Friends.

The Leather Note pad cover that I purchased was perfect for my needs. It surprisingly stirred up a memory that I had not thought about in many decades. In the 1960’s there was a minor league team that played in Salem OR. My father loved baseball and had played in High School for many years. He even turned down a Scholarship to marry my Mother and settle down with a new job and family. Anytime that my father had time to attend a baseball game in Salem he would ask my only brother to attend with him .He had no interest in the game so I jumped at the opportunity being one of three daughters to go with him. I was a middle child and was anxious to go anywhere with my dad when opportunity allowed! So I did and I have the memories and time alone with him to always cherish. He passed at a very young age of 62 and I never regretted that time with dad. The sounds of when the ball meets the bat, the smell of popcorn and peanuts, and snuggling up close to my dad to keep warm were and still are the fondest of memories I will ever have. I still have my father’s second base mitt, until this past Christmas when I gave it to my son. He loved it and I know that he will give it to his upcoming son to arrive in April of this year 2024. “Henry” will be my fourth grandchild. What a win for me and everyone! Finding the FIELDER’S CHOICE GOODS website on line was truly a gift that I will always hold dear to my heart forever. My Father would think so as well. The best of wishes~ Christine
